Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Yes and no! Travel within 30 miles of Coweta/Tulsa is included in your session price. Sessions located farther away may require a small additional travel fee based on distance. If you're located in Kansas or Missouri, don't worry I continue to serve those areas and often schedule multiple sessions per trip to help reduce travel cost.
Do your session prices include studio rental?
Studio rental fees are NOT INCLUDED in session pricing. If you choose to have your session in a studio, the cost of rental is separate and will be added to your total. I'm always happy to help you find a studio space that fits your vision!
Do you travel for photoshoots outside of oklahoma?
Absolutely! I'm currently based in Coweta, Oklahoma, but still travel frequently to Kansas and Missouri to serve my clients there. I'm always happy to travel to new locations as well. Just reach out and we can chat about details and travel arrangements.
can i bring props and pets?
Absolutely! Pets are always welcome in your session, they're part of the family after all. And if you want to bring a special prop, blanket or pillows, feel free. Sometimes I provide small items like cozy blankets or pillows to help make your session feel extra comfortable and personal.
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Absolutely! Every story is different, and I want your session to fit you perfectly. If you're looking for something a little different than what's listed, just reach out and we can create a custom package tailored to your vision.
Waht should i wear?
Great question! I've got you covered. I'll send you my style guide once your session is booked, which includes outfit inspiration, color palettes, and tips for styling yourself and your family so everything looks cohesive and photogenic.
how far in advance should i book?
I recommend booking 2-3 months in advance if possible, especially during my busiest seasons: Spring, Summer, and Fall. That way we can secure your preferred date and location, and plan a session that's just right for you.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
You'll receive sneak peeks within 48 hours of your session, and your full gallery of edited images will be delivered within two weeks.
what happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
No worries! If the weather isn't cooperating, I always reschedule your session for a time that works best. No extra charge. We'll make sure your photos are captured in perfect conditions, rain or shine.
how do i book/pay?
Once we've finalized your session date, time, and location I will send you an email with your personalized session proposal. From there, you'll sign your contract and pay your 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance is due the day of your session.
